A process built so the record is finished when the work is.

Enquiry and drawings review
Send us drawings, a specification or a schedule of works. We review the fire strategy, compartment lines and service routes, and come back with any questions before we price. If the information is incomplete, we say what is missing rather than pricing around it.

Site survey and specification
We attend site to record substrates, aperture sizes, service types and access constraints. Each element is matched to a tested system with a stated fire resistance period, and anything that cannot be installed to a tested detail is flagged at this point.

Itemised proposal
You receive a priced proposal itemised by location and detail type, with the systems named, the programme set out and the assumptions listed. No lump sums without a breakdown behind them.

Installation by trained operatives
RAMS are issued in advance of mobilisation. Operatives work to manufacturer training and the tested detail, using the specified system and the specified substrate conditions. Variations found on site are raised and agreed before they are installed.

Photographic record per detail
Each installation is photographed and tagged by location, level, drawing reference and tested detail. The record is built up as the works proceed, not reconstructed at the end.

Handover pack
You receive an O&M pack containing the product data sheets, the tested details used, the installation schedule and the photographic record, indexed so any location can be traced back to what was installed there.

Third-party certification of our installations is in progress. Ask us for our current position and manufacturer training records.
